TERMS & CONDITIONS

· 100% deposit is required for bookings less than 4 months away at all times to confirm the reservation.

· Booking more than 4 months away 25% deposit is required to secure the booking and the 75% balance is due 2 months before arrival.

· All accommodation is full paid prior to arrival (No exceptions)

CANCELLATION POLICY

If booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, forfeit 100% of the deposit.

If booking is cancelled from 14 days to 30 days of arrival date, forfeit 50% of the deposit.

If booking is cancelled +30 days to arrival, forfeit 25% of deposit.
